Social events
The social side of our club is very active with events throughout the year.
Our 'roll-ups' are social events in themselves, but on Friday afternoon the bar is also open to enjoy that Friday feeling.
We have quiz nights with dinner which have proved very popular, there have been music evenings and more planned for this year as well as our season opening and closing events with 'round robin' competitions, and prize giving.
Partners and friends can become social members of the club to enjoy the activities on offer throughout the year as well

Outdoor Closing Day Competition
Friday 20th September 2.30 pm
We will hold a Crazy Bowls Team Competition at 2:30 pm and this will be followed at 5.00 pm by a pre-ordered meal delivered by Krispies Fish and Chips. The Sign-up Sheet for the event will be on the Notice Board next to the door to the Gents and non-playing guests are very welcome to join us for the meal.
Payment for the meal should be made by Wednesday 18th September, place cash payments in a clearly-marked envelope in the Treasurer's Box.
The usual Roll-up fee of £2 will be payable on the day and there will be prizes for the winning team.
