On 14th September the Club held their annual end of season competition, which was followed by a Hog Roast for members and their guests. 36 players competed in a Round Robin competition and the narrow winners were the team of Margaret Avery, Jackie Fryer, John Shepherd and Peter Foreman, who were presented with the Cameron Jones Trophy, by Fiona Bolt the company’s owner. The Hog Roast was enjoyed by 58 members and Guests who were treated to a freshy cooked pig, prepared by Devon Hogmasters, a Totnes-based company specialising in freshly prepared meals.
On the same day, the winners of the Club’s internal competitions were presented with their trophies The winners of the 4 Wood Championships were Penny Weeks for the Ladies, and Peter Cooper for the Men.
