Tony added. “I would like to thank several Club members who helped to ensure the success of the Day. Mike Clark, Tony Lim and Jackey Phillips organised the playing order and scoring, and Mo Bond and Joan Shaw who arranged such a great meal. We are looking forward to working with u3a in 2023 and encouraging more people to take-up the sport.” On 12th July, Budleigh Bowls Club held their annual u3a Outdoor Bowls Competition. 36 u3a bowlers played a Round Robin Competition in teams of 4 players.
